Employees of the sponsor (Thomas Cook Group Canada), its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, any independent judging organization, any immediate family (defined as spouse, children, siblings and parents, regardless of where they reside) and household (whether related or not) of such employees are not eligible to participate in the contest.

To enter, you must upload a video to http://youtube.com/user/chuckontourcontest, or email it to Chuck. The video must be between 1 and 2 minutes in length in one of the following formats (WMV, AVI, MOV or MPG). No videos that contain, nudity, profanity or any action that may be considered illegal will be accepted. Any video submitted containing acts considered under the laws of Canada to be criminal in nature will be turned over to authorities. Once you have posted your video on youtube, send an email to Chuck that must include full contact information which includes first and last name, email address, telephone number and a direct link to your video on youtube. Submission of erroneous or incomplete information will void the entry.

All videos will be considered the property of the individual submitting them but may be used on other Thomas Cook sites and or printed pieces for the purpose of announcing the winner of the contest. Submitted videos will be available for viewing to the general public from www.chuckontour.com and from Youtube.com.

By submitting a video the participant agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations of the official contest rules which can be obtained by sending a self-address, self-stamped envelope to Chuck on Tour, 130 Merton Street, Toronto, ON M4S 1A4.

Before being awarded the prize, the participant will be required to sign a release of liability and agreement to acceptance of the prize as awarded.

The prize is an all-inclusive 7-night Sunquest vacation for two to the Holiday Inn Sunspree in Montego Bay, Jamaica. This trip is based on double occupancy on a space availability basis and will be valid for travel between August 1 and December 15, 2008 depending on when "Chuck on Tour" takes place to Jamaica. This prize has been offered in conjunction with Sunquest's online promotion with "Chuck on Tour" starting at 12:00 noon EST, March 20, 2008 and closing at 12:00 noon EST July 30, 2008. The winning video will be announced on August 1, 2008 and the winner contacted within two weeks of this date. Every attempt to accommodate the winner's schedule will be made however if the winner is unable to travel during the specified time, the sponsor reserves the right to choose a new winner.

The prize includes:

Round trip air transportation between Toronto and Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Transportation to and from the airport in Toronto.
7-night all-inclusive accommodation at the Holiday Inn Sunspree in Montego Bay, Jamaica (Standard Hotel Room).
Transfers between the airport and hotel in Montego Bay.
All meals, drinks, activities & entertainment and other inclusions, as stated in the current Sunquest brochure.
Selected "Chuck on Tour" excursions.
Services of a Sunquest representative.

Not included:

Transportation/security related fees & taxes.
Currency, energy or fuel surcharges, if applicable at the time of booking.
Meals and beverages other than those stated in the Sunquest brochure.
Items of a personal nature.
Appropriate travel documentation and travel insurance.
Connectors and overnight accommodation if prizewinner is located outside the airport area.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Travel will be completed between August 1 and December 15, 2008. Travel is on a space availability basis. Trip departs from Toronto, Ontario.
Once trips have been confirmed, no changes can be made to the date of travel or the names of the passengers.
Prizewinner has the option of upgrading at the applicable difference in rate.
Sunquest has the option of substituting the destination and gateway of any prize offered.
Tickets not used on the flight for which they have been issued cannot be reissued for another date of travel.
After the trip has been booked, we will call you when your tickets are ready, which will be within 7 days of your departure.
All bookings are subject to 100% cancellation penalties.
Insurance is not available through Sunquest.

Requests for substitutions and itinerary changes will not be considered. This prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and has no cash value.
