If you find yourself in Punta Cana on vacation and are looking for something different in the way of excursions, then try Dr. Fish Ocean Spa.

This unique 3 hour excursion limited to about 40 persons  has you involved in pilates/yoga exercises while you cruise the calm and colourful waters of Bavaro.

The pilates takes place on the lower deck, while another group receives massages on the upper deck  or relaxes in an electronic bed. You can  also receive treatment in electronic ionization machines that assist in removing toxins from your body, pretty cool stuff.

Now here's the fun stuff, following the pilates you get off the boat and transfer to floating mats for some relaxation and drink service. Once everyone has had their turn, the boat cruises towards an aquarium off shore where you get to experience a dermatologist -  Doctor Fish, actually little fish that exfoliate your feet while you just sit there, if you tickle easily this will drive you crazy. Finally there's a stingray encounter and massage as you see in the video.
