While in Costa Rica I decided to take a day trip to neighboring Nicaragua, the country of volcanoes, lakes and the colonial city of Granada.

Ok it's time for some adventure, I'm on the Mega Combo excursion. it's an all day outing that takes you on a canopy tour ziplining, a water slide, horesback ride and a thermal springs spa and yes lunch is included. Ziplining is a system of cables of varying lengths connected to platforms built on trees high above the ground. Safety is important, you are given a short course on how your equipment works and the principles behind gliding above the forest floor attached to a wire cable.
